About our products

Thermosets from Raytor Compounds represent an entirely new concept of environmental thinking compared to conventional thermosets:

• No solvents are used in our thermoset production. This avoids the emission of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and reduces material cost.
• No flame retardants or softeners are added during our amino thermoset production. Such additives are a health hazard and can be carcinogenic.
• We take active measures to prevent the release of harmful emissions to air, soil and water during manufacture, handling, storage and transport.
• Our thermosets do not burn, melt or give off toxic vapors.
• Our end products contain about 30% bio-fibers (e.g. cellulose) that are renewable raw materials.
• As a result, our thermosets can be regarded as natural materials in terms of composition and processing.
